Owner and Head Trainer Shannon is an ARIA and PATH Certified Instructor. She has been a part of the horse world since she was only seven years old. Shannon holds two Masters Degrees in Education and Counseling and she has trained under some of the most recognized Dressage professionals in the Colorado horse community, including Shannon Dahmer and Elaine Marion

Michelle Wolfe, Owner and Head Trainer
Michelle has ridden for some of the most successful trainers in the reining horse world, including:
- Don Boyd: NRHA judge, Multiple World Championships, International Clinician
- Sam Smith: NRHA judge, Multiple World Championships
- Brian Bell: NRHA Million Dollar Rider, Multiple World Championships, NRHA Futurity Reserve Champion
As part of a private clinic, she rode with the man credited with inventing the sport of reining, the only rider ever to win both the NRHA and NCHA Futurities, AQHA Hall of Fame Trainer Dale Wilkinson.
Michelle is a former instructor of Meredith Manor International Equestrian Center, an equestrian college that prepares professional riders for careers in the horse industry. There, she taught western and dressage riding, training, and showing, based on the school's philosophies, strongly rooted in German dressage.
Michelle believes that the time-honored fundamentals of the dressage training scale develop a superior performance horse, regardless of discipline, while at the same time preserving soundness and longevity. She is dedicated to helping riders bridge the gap between these two disciplines.
